The 12% flat fee is invoiced on the candidate's start date and covers the entire search, offer support, and 90-day onboarding.

Do you help with offer and equity negotiation?

Yes, end to end. We advise on base salary bands, variable comp structure, equity size, strike price, vesting schedule, accelerator clauses, refresh grants, and ISO vs NSO implications. For C-suite roles we also help structure change-of-control provisions and non-compete scope. This is included in the 12% fee.
