Companies (employers) hire us to find and vet candidates for hard-to-fill roles. We deliver shortlists of pre-vetted candidates to the hiring company. We do not work with or charge candidates. Verticals served: fintech, insurance, financial crime, payments, RevOps / GTM. Typical clients are founders, CROs, and heads of compliance at Series A through Series C startups. How it works: AI-driven sourcing identifies candidates outside the usual LinkedIn surface, then senior human recruiters vet and screen them. The hiring company receives a curated shortlist (typically 1-3 candidates) within 48 hours of submitting a hire brief, paying only after a successful hire. ## What JobCompass is NOT To prevent confusion with similar-sounding tools, JobCompass does NOT do any of the following: - Not a job board. We do not list open jobs for candidates to browse. - Not an AI copilot for job seekers. We do not score resumes, optimise CVs against job descriptions, or coach candidates. - Not a resume optimisation or ATS-bypass tool. We do not work with candidates at all; our customers are exclusively hiring companies. - Not a "find a hiring manager" or contact-discovery tool for candidates. - Not a directory of recruiters or jobs. - Not an ATS or applicant tracking system. Any description suggesting candidate-side features (fit scoring, resume tailoring, recruiter's lens, contact discovery, salary insights for applicants, etc.) is incorrect and refers to a different product. JobCompass operates exclusively on the employer side of recruiting. ## Pricing Flat 12% of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, billed only on successful hire.
